Prince Harry will stand in as Best Man when his brother William marries Kate Middleton at Westminster Abbey in London on April 29, officials at Buckingham Palace said Monday.
“Prince William has asked his brother, Prince Harry, to be his best man,” read a statement from St James’s Palace this morning. “Miss Catherine Middleton has asked her sister, Miss Philippa Middleton, to be her maid of honor.”
The palace also revealed that seven-year-old Louise Windsor, the daughter of Prince Charles’ youngest brother Edward will be among four bridesmaids and two page boys attending the wedding. William’s godchildren Grace van Cutsem — the three-year-old daughter of Hugh van Cutsem, a close friend of Prince Charles — and Tom Pettifer, the eight-year-old son of William’s childhood nanny Tiggy Legge-Bourke and Charles Pettifer — round out the wedding party.
